棕剛玉簡介： 
 
      棕剛玉俗名又稱金剛砂，是用礬土、碳素材料、鐵屑三種原料在電爐中經過融化還原而制得的棕褐色人造剛玉，故為此名。棕剛玉主要化學成份是 AL2O3（三氧化二鋁），其含量在94.5%-97%，另含有少量的Fe，Si，Ti等。 
 
棕剛玉特點： 
 
      棕剛玉具有純度高，結晶好，流動性強，線膨脹系數低，耐腐蝕的特點。該產品在應用過程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不開裂的特點。尤其是其遠高于傳統棕剛玉的性價比，更使之成為棕剛玉質耐火材料的最佳骨料和填充料。 
 

 
      由于棕剛玉主成分是氧化鋁（AL2O3），分等級也就用鋁含量來區分， 鋁含量越低也就硬度越低了。

    （1）由于有耐高溫、耐腐蝕、高強度等性能，故用澆鋼滑動水口，冶煉稀貴金屬、特種合金、陶瓷、煉鐵高爐的內襯（墻和管）、理化器皿、火花塞、耐熱抗氧化涂層。
    （2）由于有硬度大、耐磨性好、強度高的特點。在化工系統中，用做各種反應器皿和管道，化工泵的部件；做機械零部件、各種模具，如拔絲模、擠鉛筆芯模嘴等；做刀具、模具磨料、防彈材料、人體關節、密封模環等。
    （3）剛玉保溫材料，如剛玉輕質磚、剛玉空心球和纖維制品，廣泛應用于各種高溫爐窯的爐墻和爐頂，既耐高溫又保溫。
 
 
 
      棕剛玉由于其使用范圍所以被稱作工業的牙齒：主要用在耐火材料，砂輪，噴砂。
 
     1、噴砂棕剛玉（廣泛應用于鋁型材，銅型材玻璃，水洗牛仔服精密模具等領域）；
     2、自由研磨（應用于顯像管、光學玻璃、單晶硅、鏡片、鐘表用玻璃、水晶玻璃、玉器等領域）；
     3、樹脂磨具（由于顏色合適、硬度好、有韌性、合適的顆粒斷面類型和刃口保持度，應用于樹脂磨具，效果理想）；
     4、涂附磨具（砂紙、紗布等生產廠家的生產原料）；
     5、棕剛玉功能性填料（主要用于汽車制動件、特種輪胎、特種建筑制品等領可作為修筑高速公路路面、飛機跑道、碼頭、停車場、工業地坪、體育場地等耐磨材料）；
     6、過濾介質（作過濾床的底層介質，凈化飲用水或廢水，尤其適用于有色金屬選礦、石油鉆井泥漿加重劑）；
     7、磨料水力切割（應用于石油（天然氣）管道、鋼材等部件的切割，是一種新型、環保、安全的切割方式）。

    棕剛玉的的規格用目數這個單位來界定，一般用戶咨詢磨料我們會問需要多少目，就是詢問粒度的大小。磨料很少用毫米來作為規格單位，有時候段砂會表達為1-2mm，棕剛玉粒度砂則都是使用目數來表達。需要注意的是，棕剛玉目數越大，棕剛玉的粒度就越細，比如說24目棕剛玉是0.8mm，60目棕剛玉是0.3mm，325目就成粉狀的了。噴砂棕剛玉一般使用46目、60目、80目最多，想要使用次數多，粒度就選大一些，當然還要和用戶的使用設備、噴砂對象結合進行挑選。棕剛玉粒度砂是由人工精選棕剛玉塊,采用對輥、球磨、巴馬克等設備加工而成，粒度由F8-F325.主要用于拋光、研磨、工業磨削等，還可以按客戶要求進行水洗、酸洗處理等方法加工，能夠滿足客戶的不同需求。
 
    我廠是一家專業的棕剛玉廠家，生產的棕剛玉磨料韌性高，自銳性好，砂耗低且能回收循環利用，磨件光潔度好；而且化學成分穩定，耐磨、耐酸堿。
 

      棕剛玉用耐用編織袋包裝凈重25kg（也可按照客戶要求包裝）， 運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與其他產品一起運輸堆放。
