鋁礬土簡介：
 
      鋁礬土又稱礬土或鋁土礦，主要成分是氧化鋁，系含有雜質的水合氧化鋁，是一種土狀礦物。鋁礬土原料為鋁土礦，鋁土礦是最重要的含鋁礦物，主要成分為氧化鋁，系含有雜質的水合氧化鋁，以及針鐵礦、赤鐵礦、高嶺石和少量的銳鈦礦。鋁土礦極難熔化，不溶于水，能溶于硫。
 
鋁礬土特點： 
 
      白色或灰白色，因含鐵而呈褐黃或淺紅色。密度3.9～4g/cm3，硬度1～3，不透明，質脆。極難熔化。不溶于水，能溶于硫酸、氫氧化鈉溶液。

      1、煉鋁工業。用于國防、航空、汽車、電器、化工、日常生活用品等。
    2、精密鑄造。礬土熟料加工成細粉做成鑄模后精鑄。用于軍工、航天、通訊、儀表、機械及醫療器械部門。
      3、用于耐火制品。高鋁礬土熟料耐火度高達1780℃，化學穩定性強、物理性能良好。
      4、硅酸鋁耐火纖維。具有重量輕，耐高溫，熱穩定性好，導熱率低，熱容小和耐機械震動等優點。用于鋼鐵、有色冶金、電子、石油、化工、宇航、原子能、國防等多種工業。它是把高鋁熟料放進融化溫度約為2000～2200℃的高溫電弧爐中，經高溫熔化、高壓高速空氣或蒸汽噴吹、冷卻，就成了潔白的“棉花”——硅酸鋁耐火纖維。它可壓成纖維毯、板或織成布代替冶煉、化工、玻璃等工業高溫窯爐內襯的耐火磚。消防人員可用耐火纖維布做成衣服。
      5、以鎂砂和礬土熟料為原料，加入適當結合劑，用于澆注盛鋼桶整體桶襯效果甚佳。
      6、制造礬土水泥，研磨材料，陶瓷工業以及化學工業可制鋁的各種化合物。
 
 
       鋁礬土按照原料類型分類：
 
      ①生礬土：即礬土原礦石(天然沉積巖類)，生料的原料是高嶺石和水鋁石。
      ②熟礬土，將生礬土經高溫煅燒后(1200～1700℃)稱為熟礬土，熟料的原料為莫來石。
 
       鋁礬土按照煅燒窯爐不同劃分為：
 
      ①豎爐熟礬土；②轉爐熟礬土；③倒焰窯礬土。
 
       熟礬土按不同用途劃分為：
 
      ①耐火級礬土；②研磨級礬土；③電焊級礬土。
 
      鋁礬土采用25公斤雙層編織袋包裝，加內層塑料袋，也可用噸袋包裝。防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物，不宜與其他材料一起堆放。

Use: 
Method for smelting aluminum industry. Used in national defense, aviation, automobile, electronics, chemical industry, daily necessities  etc.
 
Precision casting. Bauxite is processed into fine powder and made into mold. Used in military, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment department.
 
For refractory products. High alumina bauxite refractory degree is up to 1780 DEG C, high chemical stability, good physical properties.
 
The aluminum silicate refractory fiber. Has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, heat capacity and has the advantages of small resistance to mechanical shock. For the iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, atomic energy, defense and other industries. It is the high Al clinker into the melt temperature is about 2000 ~ 2200 degrees high temperature in the electric arc furnace, by high temperature melting, high pressure and high speed air or steam injection, cooling, a white ";cotton"; -- aluminum silicate refractory fiber. It can be pressed into refractory fiber blanket, board or woven cloth instead of smelting, chemical industry, glass and other industrial furnace lining. Firefighters used refractory fiber cloth to make clothes.
 
According to magnesia and bauxite as raw material, adding appropriate binder, used for pouring ladle lining the whole barrel effect.
It made of alumina cement, abrasive materials, ceramic industry and chemical industry can be a variety of aluminum compounds.
 
Classified according to the type of bauxite raw materials:
The raw bauxite, alumina raw ore (natural sedimentary rock), raw materials are kaolinite and diaspore.
