-一 用途

鈦板及鈦棒可反復(fù)使用，是采用粉末冶金方法將鈦金屬粉末未通過高溫?zé)Y(jié)的方法加工制成的空心濾管，它廣泛地應(yīng)用于食品、飲料、醫(yī)藥、化工等行業(yè)的液固分離，在制藥行業(yè)尤其適用于大輸液和針劑生產(chǎn)線中的脫碳過濾。此系列產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊造型美觀按 GMP 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，管件連接采用國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)快裝式連接，拆裝清洗方便。

二 使用注意事項(xiàng) 1 避免劃傷碰撞，灰塵及油污。

2 在使用中其工作壓力不應(yīng)**過額定工作壓力。

3 正常使用時(shí)，至少有 3—5 分鐘的低壓啟動(dòng)時(shí)間，其相對壓差應(yīng)控制在 0.5Mpa 以下，然后將工作工作壓力逐漸調(diào)到正常需要（較高壓力不**過 0.4Mpa）。

4 本產(chǎn)品工作運(yùn)行到一定周期后，可能由于過濾元件堵塞，致使壓力升高流量降低，需要反沖或反洗再生。再生周期視額定的壓力和流量而定。
