With the advantage of research and development technology, Shenzhen GreenBo Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2009. Since its establishment, GreenBo has focused on the research, manufacture and technical service of flicker-free driver. GreenBo aims to be a new creative LED lighting driver solution supplier.
In the past 6 years, GreenBo has offered stable and reliable driver for different LED segment markets such as: panel, tube, street light, flood light, tri-proof light, indoor lighting. GreenBo’s products are sold to over hundred countries and area, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe etc. The factory got PSE, SAA, GS, CB, UL, CE, TUV-mark etc certificates. GereenBo earns good reputation in the clients. 
 
   辦公及廠房總面積2500平方米，擁有直接員工70人、員工近200人，其中技術(shù)研發(fā)人員近10人。 公司設(shè)有研發(fā)中心（研發(fā)部，工程部）、 制造中心（SMT車間、插件車間、后焊車間、組裝車間、樣品室、老化車間、變壓器車間）、物控中心（采購(gòu)部、倉(cāng)管部、PMC、品管工程、來料品管、制程品管、出貨品管）、營(yíng)銷中心（外貿(mào)部、市場(chǎng)部、銷售部），行政部（財(cái)務(wù)部門、會(huì)計(jì)部門、行政部門）。 采用8D質(zhì)量反饋報(bào)告和企業(yè)信息資源管理系統(tǒng)（ERP），把質(zhì)量**系統(tǒng)覆蓋到從產(chǎn)品研發(fā)，試產(chǎn)及原材料采購(gòu)、制程、成品檢查出貨和售后服務(wù)。實(shí)行品控中心分工負(fù)責(zé)，下一工序檢測(cè)上一工序的制度，制造過程設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)道檢驗(yàn)關(guān)，每工段外觀全檢，初次電氣性能全檢、產(chǎn)品抽檢帶載老化測(cè)試、再次電氣性能全檢，較終成品由品管部抽樣確認(rèn)的一系列流程。目前公司產(chǎn)品直通率已達(dá)到99%以上，不良率控制在千分之2以內(nèi)。在產(chǎn)能方面，綠柏現(xiàn)有2臺(tái)高速貼片機(jī)、2臺(tái)波峰、1臺(tái)回流焊，6條生產(chǎn)線，日產(chǎn)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)5000-10000pcs，每月產(chǎn)能**過20萬套電源
 
With about 200 workers and 10 R&D staff, GreenBo covers an area of over 2,500 square meters. GreenBo has R&D center, Manufacture Center, Material Control Center, Sales Center and  Administration Department. With the help of 8D quality report and ERP system, GreenBo covers the quality control from product research and development, trial-production, material purchasing, manufacturing, finished products control, delivery to after-sales service. The quality control center adopts divided individual responsibility, the next working procedure is responsible for checking the previous ones and there are several quality control steps during the manufacture. All products will experience the following checking: the outlook’s full checking in each working procedure, the initial electrical specification’s full checking, second time electrical specification’s full checking, finished products’ casual checking. The defectives of GreenBo products are lower than 2‰.
GreenBo has 2 high speed SMT machine, 2 wave soldering machine, 1 reflow soldering machine and 6 production line. The factory can produce LED driver 5000-10000pcs per day.  
綠柏科技研發(fā)歷程總括：
GreenBo’s products development history: 
2009年起,  內(nèi)置電源系列面市（應(yīng)用燈具：日光燈電源系列、球泡天花燈、吸頂燈等）
       1）研發(fā)定制變壓器的磁心骨架，較大36W**薄隔離日光燈電源過TUV/CE認(rèn)證；
       2）研發(fā)定制變壓器的磁心骨架，較大24W非隔離日光燈電源過EMC認(rèn)證；
       3）隔離、非隔離01W-18W過認(rèn)證、不過認(rèn)證內(nèi)外置電源；
       4）研發(fā)定制單、雙端堵頭電源實(shí)現(xiàn)無頻閃功能有多款過認(rèn)證、不過認(rèn)證；
2011年起, 外置電源系列面市（應(yīng)用燈具：面板燈、平面燈、吸頂燈、筒燈、三防燈等）
       1）過認(rèn)證款，輸出功率為8-54W阻燃外殼打螺絲；
       2）過認(rèn)證款，輸出功率為30-54W帶地線鋁；
       3）雙較無頻閃過認(rèn)證，輸出功率為48-80W帶地線鋁；
       4）無頻閃過認(rèn)證，輸入功率8-72W阻燃外殼；
       5) 無頻閃不過認(rèn)證，輸入功率18-42W阻燃外殼，窄電壓輸入，低諧波；
       6）非隔離不過認(rèn)證，輸入功率8-42W，阻燃外殼，全電壓輸入，高**功率因數(shù)；
2012年起, **系列面市（應(yīng)用燈具：投光燈、路燈、工礦燈、庭院燈等 ） 
       1)不過認(rèn)證，半鋁外殼10-100W
       2)**過認(rèn)證：20-80W
       3)**過全鋁過認(rèn)證：雙較PFC 無頻閃系列 80-300W

2)  Developed customized magnetic core of transformers, max 24W, passed EMC test, super slim non-isolated tube driver.
3)  Isolated, non-isolated 1-18W with certificate or non-certificates internal/external driver.
4)  Developed flicker free single-end/double-end plug driver, with certificates or non-certificates
2011, external LED driver was launched (Applications: Panel, Flat lamp, ceiling lamp, down light, tri-proof light)
      1) With certificates, output power 8-54W, fire retardant housing, assembled with screw
      2) With certificates, output power 30-54W, aluminum housing, assembled with ground wire
      3) With certificates, bipolar flicker free, output power 30-54W, aluminum housing, assembled with ground wire
      4) With certificates, flick free, output power 8-72W, fire retardant housing

2011年，綠柏科技是無頻閃電源驅(qū)動(dòng)**，拓展出雙較無頻閃外置電源的市場(chǎng)；  
2011年，綠柏科技注冊(cè)成立，實(shí)注資100萬，具有一般納稅人資格；
2012年，綠柏科技公司組織架構(gòu)營(yíng)銷中心、物控部、研發(fā)部、財(cái)務(wù)部成立；
2013年，綠柏科技參股與購(gòu)置多臺(tái)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備并承接SMT業(yè)務(wù);
2014年，綠柏科技月生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量的擴(kuò)大，籌劃擴(kuò)廠規(guī)劃；
2015年，綠柏科技將制造中心擴(kuò)到2500平方米，實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)范性生產(chǎn)規(guī)劃。銷售中心另外擴(kuò)展到一層。總二層

2012, GreenBo established sales center, material control center, R&D center; 
2013, GreenBo bought several machines and began to offer SMT service.
2014, GreenBo planned to expand the factory;
2015, GreenBo expanded the manufacture center to 2500 square meter.
