廣東貝洛新材料科技有限公司屬于中國橡膠工業協會理事單位，專注于橡膠硅膠產品研發與生產16年，目前擁有橡膠和硅膠兩個制造中心，現有員工380余人，注冊資本2000萬元。主要生產密封墊圈、各類唇形密封件、可穿戴終端配件、醫療硅膠用品等產品，涉及凈水系統、汽車零部件、高鐵、飛機、高端電子、新能源、機械五金、家電等行業，同時積極參與汽車車燈、連接器、新能源、汽車氣門嘴、燃氣具等行業活動和相關橡膠產品國家標準與行業標準的修訂工作。 
貝洛新材料現有職工近300人，其中直接生產人員占比60%，品質管理人員占比11%，業務人員占比7%，工程研發人員占比9%，辦公司文職類以及其他職工占比13%。
公司擁有從來料、制程控制到出貨檢驗每個環節所需的各種先進的檢測設備，并且公司還針對部分客戶產品使用的特性，自主研發或與客戶共同開發了多重模擬測試設備，每個產品都要經過8-12道檢驗關，我們力求貝洛出產的產品都是精品。
我公司實驗室于2016年6月正式升級為工程研發實驗中心，中心致力于專業的橡膠和硅膠制品的檢測和測試,先后引進了具有國際先進水平的門尼粘度測試儀、耐油實驗槽、低溫脆性試驗機、曲折試驗機、全自動開口閃點測定儀和鹽霧機等專業檢測檢驗儀器，可針對性的進行硬度、拉伸度、撕裂強度、壓縮永久變形、老化、氣密性等各種性能的測試和檢測。中心在不斷加大研發設施硬件投入的同時，也注重標準體系和研發體系的建立，先后共收集了包括GB、HG、ISO、ASTM等具有權威性硫化橡膠和橡膠工程制品檢測標準50多項。

Mainly specialized in sealing gaskets, all kinds of lip seals, wearable terminal accessories, medical silicone supplies and other products; involving water purification systems, automotive parts, high-speed rail, aircraft, high-end electronics, new energy, mechanical hardware, home appliances and other industries. At the same time, actively participate in industrial activities of automotive lights, connectors, new energy, automotive valves, gas, etc. and revision on national standards and industry standards to related rubber products.
So far,Bello has existing staff nearly 300 people, including direct production staff accounted for 60%, quality management accounted for 11%, sales team accounted for 7%, engineering R & D accounted for 9%, office class and other workers accounted for 13%.
Our company has a variety of advanced testing equipment including the incoming material, the process control, the shipment inspection ,etc. We together with our customer developed the multi-simulation test equipment regarding each customer's characteristic . Products have to go through 8-12 inspections, we strive to assure Bello produced products perfect.
In June 2016, company formally upgraded to engineering research and development center,which is committed to the professional testing of rubber and silicone products. Bring in the Mooney Viscosity Tester, oil test tank, low temperature brittleness testing machine, torture testing machine, automatic opening flash point tester, salt spray machine and other professional testing equipment, which are international advanced. Professionally test for hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, compression ,permanent deformation, aging, air tightness and other performance testing. The R&D center is continuously increasing the hardware investment in R & D facilities, at the same time, focusing on the establishment of standard system and research and development system. Collected more than 50 authoritative vulcanized rubber and rubber engineering products testing standards, including GB, HG, ISO, ASTM,etc.
